In group classes, you can receive my expert teaching and guidance in person in small group classes. It is the perfect way to make great friends to share the prenatal and postnatal journey with.
The pregnancy yoga classes include hypnobirthing breathing and visualisation techniques which are amazing for keeping you calm and managing pain naturally. Even if you are planning an abdominal birth, these practices are still wonderful to learn and practise as they can help you sleep, are generally super relaxing and can be used in other areas of life for pain management.
