Come and join us for face to face in person Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga classes!
The Postnatal Yoga class will mix yoga and Pilates to help you tone and improve suppleness in your entire body, with a particular focus on healing and strengthening your pelvic floor, and toning your core!
You will learn stretches to help melt away common aches and pains associated with being a new mum and you will take some time for YOU to relax, breathe, be with other new mums, all sharing the luscious, refreshing energy of yoga together!

Classes take place in 4 week blocks on Tuesdays.
June 8, 15, 22, 29 – £60
July 6, 13, 20, 27 – £60
Pick your time:
10 – 11am / 11.30am -12.30pm / 1-2pm / 4-5pm
There will be a full hour of yoga and then you will be invited to have a cup of tea and slice of cake with us and enjoy some social time before the next class arrives.
Equipment is provided. Mats and blocks will be exchanged between classes, then sanitised and quarantined before the next week. You can bring your own equipment.
Please wear a mask except when on your mat.
You are welcome to feed & change your baby in the studio (bring a changing mat) and don’t worry if they cry! Trust me, I’ve been there!
The class is suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to crawling.
Booking is in advance only, and places are limited to three mums per class. Fill in the form below to book, and I will contact you for payment. Your place is only reserved once payment is received.
