In Person Pregnancy Yoga & Pilates

A creative, flowing mix of Yoga & Pilates for Pregnancy

Mondays 6.30-7.30pm, Brookfield Community School, Park Gate, SO31 7DU

This is a mixed class, suitable for pregnant and non-pregnant clients. It is the perfect class to enjoy with your partner, a special thing to do together before your baby arrives. Or, you can come on your own for some precious time to focus on yourself and your growing baby.
