A bit more about me… I am Mama to a lively little boy, and have been a yoga teacher for fourteen years!
Yoga has supported me physically and emotionally through many different stages of my life, the prenatal and postnatal period being one of the most significant.

Head over to my YouTube Channel Kat Sara Yoga for free short yoga classes to introduce you to yoga, or get you back into a regular practice after a break. These classes are suitable for you if you are postnatal and you have had your six week check from a doctor. The 30 Days of Yoga Series is unfortunately not suitable for pregnancy. If you are pregnant, then stick to my Online Prenatal Yoga Studio and do come back to the 30 Days of Yoga once your baby is born and you have had your six week check. It is such a fantastic way to get back into gentle yet powerful exercise!
