Online Classes
You agree that you are in good health and you get permission from your Doctor before taking part in the online yoga classes. The Prenatal Yoga is suitable from after your 12/13 week scan until birth. The Postnatal Yoga classes are suitable from after your 6 week postpartum check and for babies over 6 weeks old.
Listen to your body, enjoy the journey, and only do what feels right.
Refunds are not possible for any online products.
Face to Face Classes
Payment must be received for the entire course, even if you will be missing any classes. This is because places are limited and your place is reserved for the entire course.
Because places are strictly limited, unfortunately, refunds are not possible once the course has started, and also for up to two weeks beforehand. This is because once you reserve a place, I am unable to sell it to anyone else, and should it be refunded, it will incur a direct loss of earnings.
Should you change your mind more than two weeks before the start of the course, then you shall be refunded but with a £15 admin fee.
Because places are limited and courses are usually sold out, taster classes are not possible. Please do read all the wonderful feedback from previous clients on the testimonials page and on the Mama2shape Facebook page.
Prices given for parent and baby classes are for one adult and one child. If you intend to bring another adult or another child then you must consult Kat first, and additional cost my be incurred. Twin babies do not incur an extra cost, but might do if another adult is attending.
If Kat needs to cancel a class she will give as much notice as possible and an alternative date will be provided, usually on a subsequent week and at the same time and day as the class that was cancelled, but not necessarily so. If you cannot make the alternative date, then you will be provided with an online class of the same description and length. No refunds shall be given.
If any classes must be cancelled due to government imposed lockdown, you shall be provided with online classes of the same description and length. No refund shall be given and this is non-negotiable.
Finally, please feel free to feed and change your baby during the classes as needed!

Private Tuition
Private classes for groups or individuals must be booked and paid for in advance. Once you have booked, refunds are not possible, but if you need to change a class time or date and give Kat more than 24 hours notice, then the class will be rescheduled and no additional cost will be incurred. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class time, then the full fee shall be charged.
